Our People

As a leading professional services organisation our staff are one of our greatest assets. As such we invest heavily in their training and development.

Additionally, our people bring with them a diverse range of expertise and experience gained from senior roles in industry and global professional services or technology advisory firms. All of this ensures that when we are working with our clients, we are able to design and deliver improvement initiatives that are pragmatic, customised to the specific issues of each engagement and deliver clear benefits.

To maintain a culture of success, the CAP Group invests in the following three human resource principles:

  1. Development – At the CAP Group, we take a structured approach to the ongoing development of our staff and provide all of our employees with opportunities to develop their individual competencies, experience and knowledge necessary to be successful in our industry.
  2. Diversity – We recognise that recruiting and retaining people from a diverse range of backgrounds is key to developing innovative business solutions for our clients. From those with senior experience in global professional services to those with technology advisory experience, the CAP Group welcomes all backgrounds and values all experiences.
  3. Engagement – We promote an environment where our people are excited to come into work and encourage innovative solutions when working with clients. We also like to personally get to know each team member through events where we take the time to recognise individual accomplishments and celebrate team achievements.
